Move Management is the coordination of schedules for the project team, including the general contractor, furniture installer, telecom provider and AV vendor in order to have everyone on track to have you up and running at your new location with minimal downtime and disruption. We bid the movers, educate the staff on the process of moving and are on site to see that all items are placed correctly. We get involved early in the project to strategically plan the schedule and coordinate the details of the move.
